Getting started

Finding a coach you feel at ease with is essential to reaching your goals. That’s why we start with a complimentary session. This session allows us to determine if we work well together and provides you with a better idea of how coaching works.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Free introductory 30-minute session
  • Initial discovery session to discuss your hopes, goals, and values
  • Regularly scheduled coaching sessions (minimum of two sessions per month, with a three-month minimum commitment ideally)
  • Flexible scheduling, from full 60-minute sessions every week, to shorter sessions throughout the month
  • Tools, exercises, visualizations, and assignments for ongoing development between sessions
  • Email support for questions and encouragement

While most coaching sessions are conducted over the phone, in-person, one-on-one meetings in the Los Angeles area can also be arranged.
