Maggi Scharf is a certified Co-active coach who has always had the unique ability to deeply connect with people using intuition, warmth, and humor. Her multi-faceted background includes work as a psychotherapist and focus group moderator.
As a coach, Maggi loves seeing people achieve their ultimate potential and discover things about themselves they never imagined existed. Her specialty is coaching people in transition, guiding them to accomplish the things they thought they might never get to do, or enjoy, in their lifetimes.
Her career began as a psychotherapist in New York City. For 10 years, she guided clients toward meaningful internal change. In addition to one-on-one work with individual clients, she led group therapy sessions and workshops.
Using her special insight and keen understanding of human behavior, Maggi has spent the past 15 years as a focus group moderator giving the nation’s leading entertainment and consumer brands the insight they need to attain successful outcomes in programming, advertising, and product development.
Closely involved in her community, Maggi volunteers her time helping women in recovery, and at Freedom4U, a non-profit organization focused on creative arts and leadership programs for middle and high school students. Maggi also serves as a board member for the Los Angeles chapter of the International Coach Federation.
